Business Intelligence Center project for the Council of Health Insurance is one of the distinctive projects delivered by Madarej Engineering Consultants, where the office was responsible for the interior design and full supervision of the center's implementation in Riyadh. The project aims to redesign and reconfigure the center's spaces to match the analytical and data-driven nature of the Council of Health Insurance's work, creating a modern and effective work environment for its staff.
The design process went through several stages, beginning with an assessment of the current situation, a site visit, and area estimation, followed by an accurate site survey covering the available and planned services. In a later stage, Madarej presented two 2D design options illustrating the furniture and services layout within the center, from which the most suitable design was approved before being developed into a fully integrated 3D design with all attachments, drawings, and technical specifications.
The scope of work also included preparing a complete set of documents comprising the drawings, quantity tables, and technical specifications required to tender the project to contractors, in addition to Madarej undertaking the full management and supervision phase of the execution through to final handover, reflecting the office's commitment to delivering integrated engineering services from concept to completion.
