Al-Amirini Gas Station is one of the distinctive projects delivered by Madarej Engineering Consultants. The project sits on a plot of land with a total area of 4,168.09 square meters in the Al-Khaleej district of Riyadh. The project aims to design a fully integrated fuel station that meets the operational and technical requirements of this type of facility, delivering the client a practical and safe engineering solution.
The scope of work included preparing the architectural drawings and developing the design concept for the station, in addition to designing the exterior view and facades and submitting for the required building permit. Madarej also prepared the structural and MEP drawings, including electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning works, ensuring the integration of all the station's technical systems and the quality of their execution.
Madarej adopted a phased approach for this project, starting with the approval of the basic architectural concept, followed by the design of the exterior facades, through to the completion of all detailed drawings and their submission to the relevant authorities, reflecting the office's commitment to delivering integrated and precise engineering design services.
