Le Maschou Restaurant project is one of the distinctive projects for which Madarej Engineering Consultants provided full construction supervision in Riyadh. The office supervised execution works to ensure compliance with the approved design drawings and technical specifications, guaranteeing the project's delivery to the highest quality standards.

The scope of supervision included reviewing design documents to ensure they were complete and sufficient as a sound basis for the works contract, monitoring the contractor's work program and resource allocation, in addition to regular site visits to verify progress against the approved execution schedule. The office also reviewed and approved shop drawings, interpreted plans and specifications, and provided the contractor with the necessary technical consultation on an ongoing basis.

Madarej ensured the application of an integrated quality assurance system, through approving materials and their sources and verifying compliance with specifications, reviewing laboratory and field test results, in addition to certifying the contractor's periodic payment claims and issuing interim payment certificates. At project completion, the office participated in the final handover and prepared the snag list, ensuring all items were addressed before full handover.
